Egg Protein stack is a super snack


I made this quick and tasty snack in 10 minutes! Here's what you need:
• 2 eggs (scrambled)
• 2 gluten-free 100% whole grain thin stackers. 
• 1 light, creamy Swiss cheese wedge from @TheLaughingCowusa 
•  Pepper and salt for extra taste. 

Delicious and so easy to make. Whether you need breakfast on the go, midday snack or after gym meal.
