10 miles or bust!

After a lot of time away from cardio, I decided to go big and tackled 10 miles over the weekend. The day was perfect, rain drizzling on and off, friendly people out walking as well, and then the mountain of a hike. My butt is super sore today but it's worth it for the goal towards a better, fit and healthier body.
